NCCA, NETA, ACE CPT Examinations

NASM-CPT is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)

You must have a high school diploma to take the NASM CPT exam. The General Education Development (GED), if you don't hold a high-school diploma, is an alternative. The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers recognizes GED as an equivalent diploma. A current CPR/AED certification will also be required. Also, it is important to keep in mind that you must have received hands-on training in these subjects to pass the exam.

ACE provides self-study materials

ACE offers self study materials for the NCCA and NCPS examinations. These materials are available at a discounted price of $399. They also include the exam fee and a variety of prep resources. Students can purchase the self-study materials a la carte, or as a study package. The Pro-essential package comes with all the study materials you need for the exam, while the Pro-plus package comes with a digital textbook and guide. The Pro-advantage package includes an online course in fitness math.


The NETA certification is valid for two years

NETA is a professional educational and training organization that is committed to providing quality education. More than 120,000 fitness professionals have received certification from NETA. You can prepare yourself for the NETA exam using their self-study materials and a two-day seminar. For $249, the NETA private trainer exam is available. You must earn 20 continuing education credits after passing the exam.

CCN is an independent body that certifies NAMSS's products.

The Certification Commission of NAMSS (CCN) is an autonomous arm of NAMSS that is responsible for developing and administering the certification examinations. CCN has national standards for certification. It is similar in function to the Joint Commission and the Centers for Medicare, Medicaid Services. These standards are reviewed every five years. CCN has developed standardized certification examinations that are equally valid and reliable.

ICE is a membership association that covers all professional occupations

The ICE is a professional association that consists of engineers and other professionals. It was founded in 1834 and has members from all professions, including civil engineers. Its primary function is to advance and promote professional learning, protect engineering ethics and represent engineers' interests before the government. It also creates standards for membership and offers advice on engineering education. Members of ICE get a monthly copy New Civil Engineer.

Can I exercise after eating?

How to stay fit during pregnancy

When you're pregnant, your body undergoes many changes. Because you are carrying a baby, your metabolism slows down and you eat less. Insufficient sleep can make you feel sick. You don't have to be sick to enjoy this moment in your life. There are ways you can make sure you stay healthy!

First things first, you should check with your doctor before starting any exercise routine. Your doctor can help you decide which exercises are safe and which should be avoided. The second is to eat well throughout pregnancy. This includes eating plenty protein, fiber, iron. Third, you should drink lots of fluids.
